Rogers Tong Positioning Systems
HTP-3 “Derrick Mounted” Tong Positioning System Positioner arm for confined spaces, integral with derrick, eliminates cable. This unit can be operated from the tong, a remote valve package or electronically from an automated control panel, either mechanized or fully automated.
HTP-4 “Free-Standing” Tong Positioning System
Free-standing, pedestal mounted system with hydraulically powered box boom positioner. This unit can be operated from the tong, a remote valve package or electronically from an automated control panel, either mechanized or fully automated.
HTP-5 “Custom Fit” Tong Positioning System Extended reach, higher capacity three stage positioner.
HTP-4 Deploys Drill Pipe Tong
The HTP-4 deploys the Rogers 10HT Atuotong utilizing the wireless remote control feature while integrated with the rig zone management system coupled with full control from the drillers chair.
HTP-4 Deploys Casing Tong
The HTP-4 Deploys a 22" casing tong via wireless remote control.
HTP4 Stand Building
The HTP-4 easily positions itself to break out various elements of the BHA, and work from multiple offline stations.
