Rogers Oil Tool Services, Inc. will continuously improve its customer products and services to better satisfy the needs of its customers and will deliver to them quality products and services conforming to customers’ requirements.

SEQUENCE OF COMPANY DEVELOPMENTS

Began operations in 1978 primarily to service drillpipe spinners, tubing tongs, and casing tongs of all major manufacturers.

In 1982, expanded the business to include rental service providing specialized power tongs to the subbing and well control market. Became household name in the well control industry because of our dependability and success with the following:

• Cudd Pressure Control - Red Adair
• Halliburton Services, Inc.
• Wild Well Control
• Hydraulic Well Control

In 1984, worked with Joy Manufacturing to resurrect their 7.250" drillpipe tong, which was built in early 70’s to accommodate conventional drilling, and made necessary modifications to accommodate the needs of the well control industry.

In 1995, developed a 10" drillpipe tong, capable of maintaining up to 150,000 ft. lbs. at 2,500 PSI, to meet industry needs of large OD capacity of the late 1990’s.

In 2000, developed a 8.500 front mounted drillpipe tong to provide flexibility for size as well as ease of operation on drill floor.
